My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting all my requests, yet they suffered from damp caused by a leaking shower. The service provided by Kim Anh, Nhi, and Hao was incredible, arranging everything from bicycles to airport taxis and guiding us to the best spas in town. The dining options are varied, with good Vietnamese coffee but a few tiny fruit flies, and the facilities are abundant. Overall, a good stay.
