Rosaleen Boutique Hotel Hue, Hue

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, meeting all my requests, yet they suffered from damp caused by a leaking shower. The staff was very friendly and understanding, but not always attentive. The location was excellent, right in the center of Hue, close to many attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with plenty of choice, though some improvements could be made. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.

This hotel offers a nice level of comfort and luxury at a reasonable price. The rooms are a nice size with everything you could need, but it was a bit late for my liking. The service provided by Kim Anh, Nhi, and Hao was incredible, arranging everything from bicycles to airport taxis and guiding us to the best spas in town. The location is right in the center of the tourist entertainment area, close to various amenities, although noise can be an issue near the pool. The dining options are varied, with good Vietnamese coffee but a few tiny fruit flies, and the facilities are abundant. Overall, a good stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was extremely comfortable, with a huge double bed that was clean. The WiFi was a bit patchy in some parts of the room, but overall, the facilities were good and everything was clean, though some fixtures showed their age. The service was exceptional, very helpful, English-speaking, and friendly, ensuring we had a wonderful time. The location couldn't be more perfect for exploring Hue, right in the center near restaurants, bars, and shops. The dining experience was fantastic, offering plenty of vegetarian options and a nice Tuscan cheese selection.
